Florence "Flo" Cavagnaro serves as the Paralegal and Office Manager for The Moore Law Office. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from South College (formerly Cecil College) and has spent her career supporting attorneys and clients throughout Western North Carolina.

Flo brings more than 20 years of legal experience to The Moore Law Office. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in employment matters, civil litigation, personal injury, and general legal practice, developing broad knowledge of legal procedures, case management, and client service. Her experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource to both the firm's attorneys and the clients they serve.

Flo plays a central role in the day-to-day operation of The Moore Law Office. She assists the firm's attorneys and clients in family law, employment law, workers' compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury matters, helping guide cases from initial client contact through resolution. She uses clear communication, careful organization, attention to detail, and compassion to help clients navigate the legal process while providing exceptional support to the firm's attorneys.

Outside the office, Flo is active in her church community, where she helped develop an electronic newsletter serving more than 500 parishioners and continues to assist with writing and proofreading. She also coordinates the church's participation in Operation Christmas Child and serves as Chair of the Women's Guild Research Committee. She enjoys her time with family and friends, especially her three nephews. She is a walker and enjoys exploring the hiking trails of Western North Carolina, baking, and reading.
